Overdue Credit Portfolio Management Department of JSC Bank of Georgia announces a vacancy for the position of Junior Obligations Management Operator in Tbilisi.

Work schedule: Fulltime, Monday – Friday 10:00 – 19:00.

We are looking for a staff member full of enthusiasm, who is ready to administer the main duties of the position together with us:

• Management of overdue credit obligation;
• Consulting clients and conducting negotiations on payment methods and options;
• Ensuring payment of obligations by negotiating on the respective payment plans;
• Timely identification of a problem and finding ways for solution;
• Caring for and sharing the improvement of the ways for improving the effectiveness of the team.

Your qualification is important for us:

Education: higher education or graduate student (the fields of economics and law shall be preferable).

Work experience: it is desirable to have work experience in the management of credit assets, service and/or at call center.

Knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of computer office programs;
• Effective communication skills: expressing views with arguments and clearly;
• Swiftness of performance, details oriented, logical thinking, self-discipline.
