On June 27, presentation of the book by a Doctor of Law, a lawyer, and SEU associate professor Givi Luashvili ‘’The Effect of Time-Driven Action of the Decision of the Constitutional Court of Georgia’’.
The book was issued with the support of Georgian National University SEU, within the framework of the scientific grants project for academic personnel.
The study was implemented under the funding of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) (program - Research Stays for University Academics and Scientists, 2023), at Julius Maximillian University of Würzburg (JMU).
The author widely reviews the positive and negative experiences existing globally, the tendencies related to the research topic, the outcomes of the legal proceedings by the agencies carrying out constitutional control, the approaches of international agencies, recommendations, the peculiarities of Georgian legal needs.
