On July 21, presentation of the research outcomes and the book ''Existing Challenges of Legislative Regulation of the Issue of Disposal of Child's Property'' will be held at Georgian National University SEU.
The research was conducted with the support of Georgian National University SEU within the research grants project for academic personnel.
The book reviews the processual and material obstacles emerged after the imposition of judicial control on the disposal of child's property, in the process of its implementation and offers the ways of their solution.
