On November 17, 26 and December 2 at 3 p.m. SEU’s invited lecturer Massimiliano Pellegrini will gave a lectures on Teamwork techniques.

Timeline:

• November 26 - 15:00, Teamwork (2): An interpretative model: Context-structure-dynamics- outcome
• December 2 -15:00, Belbin’s roles.

Massimiliano Pellegrini is ssociate Professor in Organizational and Entrepreneurial Behaviour Management and Law Department, School of Economics Via Columbia. He is the author of over 40 scientific publication papers in peer-reviewed journals.

In various years he was: Associate professor at University of Rome “Tor Vergata” – Department of Management and Law (Italy). Visiting research professorship at University of Warsaw – Faculty of Management (Poland). Visiting professorship at Capital University of Economics and Business (CUEB) – Business School (China). Course leader and Lecturer in Business and Management, research stream at University of West London – Claude Littner Business School (UK).

As an invited lecturer at SEU he will be teaching the course HR Management and Enterpreneurship.
