Georgian National University SEU is pleased to announce a paid specialist internship at the Human Resources Office.
- Location: 9 Tsinandali St. Tbilisi
- Remuneration: 300 GEL
- Internship duration: 3 months
- Work schedule: Part-time
- Number of vacancies: 2
Main duties:
- Participation in the recruitment and selection process;
- Participation in the process of appointing the administrative, academic and invited staff of the University; facilitating the adaptation process;
- Participation in the personnel register management process;
- Supporting the process of organizing and carrying out staff trainings;
- Supporting staff dismissal procedures;
- Supporting the process of recording the working time of employees;
- Supporting the staff appraisal process;
- Involvement in other processes at the Human Resources Office.
Qualification requirements:
Education:
- Undergraduate or graduate student;
- Preference will be given to students with high academic achievement.
Foreign languages:
- Command of English at B2 level;
Computer programs:
- MS Office at the user level;
Personal skills:
- Ability to focus on details;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to work in a busy environment;
- Ability to manage time effectively;
- Ability to focus on results.
