Within the framework of cooperation between Georgian National University SEU and Startup Connect we are sharing with you information on the Georgian Startup Summit and the Regional Competition for the Startup World Cup.

The Georgian Startup Summit and the Regional Competition for the Startup World Cup is the space for gathering of international startup ecosystem. During two days, the event will be offering networking, learning and development opportunities. 

Georgian and international spartups will be fighting for creating a history at Silicon Valley. At the event you will meet speakers from Silicon Valley, distinguished Georgian startuppers, investors and international guests. 

The Georgian Startup Summit is more than a competition. This is an opportunity to celebrate the scenario of the rapid growth of Georgian technological ecosystem and Batumi, which unites technological talent and international startup experts. From travel by ‘’Startup Express’’ to a beach party, from the events held at the co-working areas of Batumi to a VIP party, Georgian Startup Summit promises to be the best startup event of the season.

Date: August 20, 21 

 The summit includes:

Day 1:

• The Batumi Startup Society Day, which will introduce the interactive spaces of Batumi;
• The Startup Competition of Batumi and Adjara;
• Georgian National Startup Competition;
• The Opening Ceremony of the Batumi Beach Party.

Day 2:

• The speeches of international venture capital investors and experts on technological trends, opportunities, international scales and the growth perspectives of Georgian ecosystem;
• The regional competition of the Global Startup Cup, whose winner will travel to Silicon Valley to became globally famous and to fight for million dollars;
• 1-1 matchmaking via artificial intelligence for the holders of VIP tickets at the special business meeting zone;
• VIP closing party at a confidential location – an ideal environment for inspiration and networking.
