SEU - Georgian National University

From June 8 through July 6, the Georgian National University SEU Program in Law offers pupils a free practical course in civic education.

The course aims at raising legal awareness and it includes both – theoretical and practical components. The course will be loaded with team exercises and role plays.

Within the framework of the course, the pupils will get familiarized with the following legal topics:

• Law and legal systems;
• Constitution and democracy;
• Legislative authority;
• Judicial authority;
• Fundamental human rights;
• Civic law;
• Criminal law;
• Minor’s rights, etc.

The course will provide special support for those pupils, who are interested in the field of law and plan to enroll in the law program.

Pupils of 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th grades may register for the course.

Course duration – 1 month, 1day per week (Saturday).
