SEU - Georgian National University

On May 31, a training will be held for pupils at Georgian National University SEU on the topic: ‘’The Art of Success”.

The training will be held by Lali Badridze, a psychotherapist, certified coach of Erickson International University, and head of the Center for Positive Psychotherapy of Georgia of (WAPP) – World Association for Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (Wiesbaden, Germany).

The following topics will be discussed during the session:

• Psychotechnology of achieving success and happiness;
• Turning the chance of success into reality;
• Personal self-assessment and development;
• Correct perception of problems and the methods for turning them into beneficial resources;
• Finding the way out of a hopeless situation;
• Freeing oneself from negative emotions, removing negative blocks, stress management;
• Believing in oneself and one’s abilities, a high level of self-esteem or self-sufficiency. 

The training is organized by the SEU Master’s Program in Education Administration and Clinical Psychology.
