Knowledge and Understanding

Master’s candidate have a profound and systematic knowledge of the field/fields of law, which enables the formation of a new perspective of solving complex problems. He / she understands the ways of solving the issues involved in the field / fields of law;

Knows Legal Research Methodology and Writing Standards of Legal Scientific Work;

Graduate is familiar with the specificities of the law system (German, French, English-American, Post-Soviet countries), recognizes the culture of the relevant legal system;

Has a narrowly specialized knowledge, a part of which some parts of the advanced knowledge is at the forefront in the work or study field as the basis for original thinking and / or research.
 

Ability to use a knowledge in practice

• Graduate is able  critically understanding of the obtained knowledge and practical implementation in the field and  on the different inter-field edges.
• Graduate is able to use the latest methods of theoretical knowledge, management, research, behavior and explanation, the complex assessment of legal problems, the development of the original ways of problems solving;
• Conducting independent legal research using relatively legal methodology, multilateral analysis of legal problems, analysis of change dynamics in the legal system, development of problem solving thesis and argumentation by legal forms;
• Graduate is able to use the law teaching skills, form actual issues of the law field as a learning material.

Ability to conclude

Under the new legislative regulation, court practice and / or scientific approaches, student can change analyze and develop the relevant conclusion.

Based on the implemented research and the complexity of the research issue  or problem of the Master's thesis, the student has been developed the ability  to make the conclusion independently.

In the performing of interdisciplinary research the student will develop the ability to connect one field to another and to develop the capacity of  research, evaluation and conclusion of inter-field problems.
 

Communication skills

Can give to the academic and professional community their own, justified, legal  conclusion in the written and verbal form in their native and foreign languages  and relevant arguments through innovative information and communication technologies, Can produce efficient communication with both professional and non-legal circles;

Graduates have the qualities required for a qualified lawyer, is able to use the art of eloquence in the courtroom or to negotiate,  correctly prepare the speech,  effectively and productively  conduct the professional debate; provide  legal ideas and field knowledge to the audience.

Learning ability

Graduate is able to use specialized skills to solve the problems that are needed in research and / or innovation in order to develop a new knowledge and procedures and integrate knowledge from different fields.

Can independently define the synthesis of research-methodological, theoretical components and practical experiences of the field of law; Enhance the knowledge based on the latest methods of law, through the general analysis of primary sources, normative base, scientific articles and court decisions.

As a result of the work in the clinic – student will develop experienced learning skills, on the basis of analysis of the concrete practical case of the law Institute.

Values

In order to balance the interests of the parties honestly, he/she is able to analyze and assess  the existing legal values.

If necessary, can contribute to the formation of the new values;

Is able to review each of the provisions not only from  the  isolated institutions of the law and or  the concepts system, or independently of the values of the legal order, but also with the fair balancing criteria  of the parties interests.

Acknowledges the connection of  the Law  Science with other fields and in the process of professional activities, operates with the  purpose  public's task of the law field.
